L easing rural land allows the landowner to maintain control of those who hunt or fish on their land while generating income at the same time. Instances of trespassing and poaching are reduced, and terms of usage are clearly outlined. Tenants benefit from exclusive hunting rights in areas where hunting land can be difficult to find. Problems encountered in public hunting areas, such as crowding, are non-existent. The option of renewing the lease from year to year allows the tenant a vested interest in the property without the cost of a real estate purchase.
From time to time, we are able to facilitate these relationships. If you are a prospective tenant or a landowner interested in leasing your rural property, please complete the Lease Land Registry Form. When a possible match has been identified, we will contact you with the details. |
